Through value engineering, our team optimized costs while delivering a high-quality, accessible space featuring a structural steel lobby with a breakfast bar, game zone, and gym, spacious guestrooms with large windows and integrated PTAC HVAC, as well as 139 surface parking spaces & CMU trash enclosures.
